At 990store, we make it easy for you to shop your favorite electronic products. Whether you prefer to pick up your order for free or have it delivered right to your doorstep or warehouse, we’re here to serve you with speed and convenience.

990store Pickup Policy:

At 990store, we want to make shopping simple and convenient for you. That’s why we offer a Free Pickup option for all online and phone orders.

How It Works

☑ Place Your Order

  • Shop online or by phone and choose Free Pickup at checkout.

☑ Wait for Confirmation

  • We’ll send you a notification (by email, SMS, or call) once your order is ready for pickup.

☑ Pick Up Your Order

  • Visit the designated 990store pickup point.
  • Bring your order confirmation (digital or printed) and a valid ID.

🚚 990store Delivery Policy:
We help you stay in the convenience of your own home/ your store, while we do the driving. We at 990store will have your favorite electronic products delivered right from our stores directly to your door steps/ warehouse.

Standard Delivery Terms & Conditions:
  • Delivery is FREE for orders of 9.000 KD and above. 
  • Orders below 9.000 KD are subject to 1.000 KD Standard Delivery Charge.
  • Delivery Charges for Remote Areas: The Delivery Charges will be 3.000 KD on each order for the deliveries to the Remote Areas such as All Chalet areas, Al-Wafra, Al-Zour, Al-Khairan, Mina Abdullah, Al-Jula’ia, Al-Dabaia, Al-Shuaiba, Al-Nuwaiseeb, Sabah Al-Ahmad Marine City, Al-Abdaly, Al-Salmy, Al-Metlaa, Kabed, Al-Subbeya, Al-dubieaa,  Al-Wafra Farmrs & Um Alhieman.
  • The standard delivery time will be from 24 hours to 72 hours during normalcy.
Fast Delivery/ Express Delivery Terms & Conditions:
  • The Orders confirmed upto 5 pm will be delivered on the same day. And, the Order confirmed after 5pm will be delivered in the next day morning before 10 am.
  • The Delivery Charges as disclosed at the time of checkout page are applicable for the Express Delivery.
  • Express Delivery Charges will be refunded if delivery takes place later than the promised time.
  • Express Delivery orders cannot be rescheduled. If a reschedule is required, please contact us at 990care@990store.com (E-mail) and your order will be put into our regular delivery schedule.
  • Express Delivery is not available for the Remote Areas such as All Chalet areas, Al-Wafra, Al-Zour, Al-Khairan, Mina Abdullah, Al-Jula’ia, Al-Dabaia, Al-Shuaiba, Al-Nuwaiseeb, Sabah Al-Ahmad Marine City, Al-Abdaly, Al-Salmy, Al-Metlaa, Kabed, Al-Subbeya, Al-dubieaa, Al-Wafra Farmrs & Um Alhieman.
